Work by Rosemary Colyer

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.

A Child Is Born

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life.

Matthew 2

1-2 Jesus was born in the town of Bethlehem in Judea, during the time when Herod was king. Soon afterwards, some men who studied the stars came from the east to Jerusalem and asked , Where is the baby born to be the king of the Jews. We saw his star when it came up in the east, and we have come to worship him.

9-10 And so they left, and on their way they saw the same star that they had seen in the east. When they saw it, how happy they were, what joy was theirs. It went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was.

Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. He who was sinless, shed His blood on the cross to pay for our sins, that we, through the Grace of God, might be forgiven.

Romans 3:23

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

John 14:6

I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father except through Me.

Christ conquered death, He rose again and will return.

Meanwhile, He lives and comforts those who believe.

Matthew 11:28

Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Revelation 22:20-21

Yes indeed. I am coming soon. So be it. Come Lord Jesus.

May the Grace of the Lord Jesus be with everyone.
